The Capital Children's Choir is no ordinary choir...

Every genre of music is explored; from baroque to bluegrass or Poulenc to Pink Floyd. There are no limits to what these choristers can do.

The Capital Children's Choir performs regularly in some of London's most beautiful and famous venues: in big theatres such as The Royal Albert Hall and in more intimate settings like The Dorchester. They have also performed in the presence of Pope Benedict at St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican. The choir is in constant demand for charity galas and other important events, and regularly perform alongside pop and classical superstars. They also enjoy performing at their own musical evenings each term. Every year the choir records an album at Abbey Road Studios.

The choir is divided into eight different groups:

1. MONDAY GIRLS : girls, ages 7 - 9
2. BOYS: boys, ages 7 - 11
3. NOTTING HILL GIRLS : girls, ages 10 - 16
4. JUNIOR CHAMBER SINGERS: girls, ages 12-14
5. THURSDAY CHOIR : ages 9 - 12
6. SENIOR CHAMBER SINGERS: ages 13-15
7. CAPITAL CHAMBER SINGERS PRO: ages 13 - 18
8. CAPITAL CHAMBER SINGERS ELITE: ages 16-18

Groups typed in blue text require an audition.
